The wine has been raised for 15% in oak of one and two wines and 85% in stainless steel and lined concrete vats. Bottling takes place the Summer following the harvest. Robe : A deep and beautiful mulberry coloured robe. Nose : The nose is reminiscent of the garrigue, ripe red fruits and soft spices. Palate : The mouth is nicely rounded and well structured with balance and length. The tannins may be slightly wild yet remain tasty. |
