Long fermentation of 4 weeks. Vinified in stainless steel, temperature controlled vats. Matured on it’s lees, the wine is bottled in the Springtime following the harvest. Robe: Soft tender pink, seductive. Nose: The nose develops hints of peaches, roses and soft pepper. Palate: On the palate it is subtle, round and full of finesse. Surprisingly complex with notes of red fruit, raspberries, fresh cherries, black olives and fennel. The perfect rosé for the Summer, to be enjoyed whilst wearing a sport shirt and relaxing with friends.
