Maturation: Bourbon wood
Nose: Dried apricots are soon overpowered by buttery toffee and marzipan, finishing with a slight smokiness.
Palate :Sweet oakiness, very full bodied and rich. After the addition of water the whisky becomes almost floral in taste, whilst still maintaining a honeyed woodiness.
Finish : Lingering sweetness complimented by a hint of smoke.
