Festival Pale Cream is a wine obtained from the Pedro Ximenez grapes. Matured and aged in American oak butts by using the “Solera System” for 30 months.
Colour: yellowish pale.
Nose: Clean, slightly pungent, somewhat tangy almond like aroma; sometimes a touch fruity.
Palate: Dry to slightly grapey flavour, quite savoury.
