Color – Dark, mahogany brown. Taste – Silky, smooth, with a toasty coffee flavor against a backdrop of vanilla. Medium bodied and well balanced. When to enjoy – Most usually used to make a Black Russian cocktail. Excellent when added to chocolate desserts. Serve on its own, or on the rocks (with ice).
