"Sourgal" é the name of a wine, but first of all of a vineyard, a splendid system of approximately two hectares that all occupies the top of a high turned hill to the west.
The particular exposure to the sun and the elevated altitude, that they concur one strongly thermal excursion between day and night, equip this wine with an unmistakable fragrance, fed from a fresh acidity and supported that it exalts the scents it yields to you, typical of the moscato grape and moderates the fullness of the sweet and mieloso sapore.
In the glass it is introduced of a beautiful golden yellow, with spuma lively and evanescente that free intense aromatic sentori us, with to scents of fresh fruit, grape and peaches. Sweet, round, stimulating the sapore é, never stucchevole.
