Nose is just a tad astringent with evident acidity, not much flower or fruit (somewhat typical of Hyogo sake). Good impact on the palate, with a full richness that goes diving into nooks and crannies. Mellow rice-like flavor overall. Acidity comes roaring back pleasantly to get you near the end. |
