In the tiny hill-top village of Antrodoco, home of the Pallini family, shepherds would pick wild raspberries on their way home from the pastures, which their wives would use to make a refreshing after-dinner liqueur. The recipe for this highly prized liqueur was handed down from generation to generation and our founder, Nicola Pallini, used it as his inspiration for Pallini Raspicello. Using a secret and unique blend of wild raspberries, blueberries and blackcurrants, he created a drink with an intense yet rounded bouquet and complex taste. Stunning served ice cold as an after dinner digestif, Pallini Raspicello can also be added to all sorts of savoury dishes and desserts, and is becoming increasingly popular with chefs all over the world.
