The Two Princes in question are the 31st (Prince Michael) and 32nd Generation of winegrowers in the same family. This very affordable Riesling strikes the perfect balance between fruit and acidity (something Schloss Wallhausen is best known for). Two Princes is rich with the slate character so representative of its roots. This wine is best served with Asian food, fish or sweet on sour sauces. It is also a fine candidate for solitary sipping.
