In appearance the wine has salmon pink shades with very bright rose pink iridescence which make it an unusual and extremely attractive wine.
Its aroma is enveloping and intense throughout – with a predominance of fresh fruit – citrus, pineapple, kiwi with a strong tendency towards sweet, ripe apple and quince. It concludes its olfactory display with a reminder of its contact with fine lees. In the retronasal phase, the fresh fruit remains in the background, with the ripe fruit and lees coming more to the fore.
In the mouth, it is suggestive. On the one hand, the effect of the less gives it width, the fruit provides sweetness, and, to finish, the fixed acidity livens it up a bit. In the mouth, traces of the lingering carbonic acid give it the typical refreshing character of this kind of wines. The aftertaste is long and honeyed, with an elegant and lingering touch of acidity.
