This powerful and elegant Cabernet has an intense varietal nose perfumed with violets, plums, cloves and a touch of menthol, a seamless full-bodied palate bursting with spice, black olives and herbs, and a rich plum fruit finish with fine grain dusty tannins.
This wine is lovely to drink now, especially after a ‘Mollydooker Shake’. It will cellar, but why would you?
