This is the latest project from the winemakers of Atauta. Made from 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), this is a wine with incredible balance and restraint. Atalayas is made from grapes grown around the town of Atauta, and shows blackberry and dusty tannins. Unlike the other Atauta bottlings, this is very approachable in its youth.
