Cava produced from Macabeu, Xarel.lo and Parellada. Aged 24 months. Brilliant pale yellow in colour. Fine and persistent mousse. Clean and light on the palate with an elegant and long length. Ideal for aperitifs and all kind of meals, from fish and seafood to white meat. Serve between 6º and 8ºC. Alcohol: 11,5%, Production: 75.000 bottles
