|TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK|
Admiral Dubroca was born in Entre-Deux-Mers in 1830. Loaded with his finest selections of wine, he travelled up the Dordogne by barge to Bordeaux, which was the last stop before the journeys that took him to the four corners of the earth. He was fully aware of the special features of each wine that he selected during his tours of the vineyards. His contemporaries knew him as a man of rigour and discernment. A range of wines bears his name in tribute to his memory. The finest grape varieties have been selected to make this prestige wine. The wines are matured in oak barrels in the finest Bordeaux tradition, which allows them to obtain a perfect expression of the chosen qualities of wines.
Amiral Dubroca Bordeaux white is a lovely, brilliant pale yellow colour. The wine has a complex nose of grapefruit, lemon, roasted nuts and candied fruit. An ideal accompaniment for fish – grilled or cooked in sauce - , white meat and poultry.
