Steeped for hours in order to extract a must rich in fruity aromas, specific to the grape. Cleansing and fermenting at mild temperature. Crystal-clear aspect and subtle shades of strawberry pink. Explosion of fresh fruit with a hint of flowers, fresh and pleasant in the mouth, with an earthy lingering . |
