Molasses/cane sugar fermentation done in house.
Techniques & Additional Ingredients
Twice distilled to 150 proof.
Proofed to 80 proof with deionized water.
Filtered through 3 particulat filters prior to bottling.
Tasting notes
Faint banana and biney aroms lead to a smooth entry. Delicate flavors of cookie and vanilla
finish very clean. This is a light to medium bodied rum that mixes exceptionally well.
