CAMUS ILE DE RE FINE ISLAND COGNAC DOUBLE MATURED
ROBUST, SUBTLE SMOKY CHARACTER
This cognac owes its character to a unique aging technique.
After first aging in the island’s cellars, the cognac undergoes a second maturation in old “red” barrels, which have undergone a special toasting process at the cooperage, developed by the Cellar Master.
Tasting notes: subtle and smooth balance between smoky, hints and rich candied fruit flavors.
Serving suggestions: neat, over ice for a velvety texture, with a dash of water for a full expression of the smoky, and maritime character.
