The harvests are manual, the grapes rigorously selected, the whole process totally traditional: 30 Day maceration, offloading, assembling of juices in the presses. Careful barrel-fermentation of up to 12 months.
The nose is an exotic mixture of candied fruit, scrub land, and spices. The mouth is ample and unctuous, balances between freshness and aromatic persistence. A wine in all its finesse.
