Pale yellow with green highlights. Typical vinious and slightly oily Viognier profile with apricot and tropical fruit flavors. Just a touch of sweetness with well balanced acidity and kissed by a whisper of creamy lees and oak on the finish.
Cuvée Blanc is a blend of 90% Vidal Blanc and 10% Chardonnay all grown on the Estate at Mount Pleasant. We barrel ferment this wine in French Oak to bring out lovely butter and citrus notes.
A relative of Black & Blue, our Red & Blue has an ultra-rich cherry and blueberry flavor.
Semi dry, made from a Chambourcin/Cynthiana blend. Black cherry aroma. Rich, soft body, with a hint of sweetness.
