This Cabernet offers New World aromas of cherry and raspberry, with spicy notes of nutmeg and coffee oak, with slight vanilla. The wine enters with juicy red berry flavors, and offers a very approachable, rich and full mouthfeel with a wonderful finish worthy of an exhibitionist.
Nearly opaque garnet violet color. Ripe plum and spice aromas follow through on a soft, buoyant entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with tangy apple, cocoa, and citrus custard notes. Finishes with a nice cinnamon and clove-accented fade. Pair with spicy pork dishes.
