Vecchia Romagna Riserva 10 Anni is produced in similar fashion to all Vecchia Romagna reserves: with the "Charentais" method, through slow distillation in small copper stills. Aged for a period of 10 years in small Limousin or Slavonian oak casks, the Riserva 10 Anni is a dry and slightly sharp brandy with a sparkling amber color. Smelling of rich vanilla, the taste is smooth and full-bodied thanks to the perfect mix of spirits with the fruity tone blended with vanilla and wood.
