Selected by Michel Tardieu, their barrels originate from France’s most noble forests. Wines are matured for 14-18 months on fine lees enabling them to obtain the quintessential expression of each vintage. "Fleshy, this red is generous and a bit soft, with dark fruit flavors of plum and boysenberry and notes of coffee and cocoa supported by light tannins. Drink now through 2010. 300 cases imported. –TM" -Rated 87, Wine Spectator

"Ruby-red. Intense, mineral-accented raspberry and cherry aromas offer impressive precision and a suave spiciness. Youthfully taut on entry, then opens to reveal a sweet red fruit personality, with zesty minerality adding lift. Finishes clean and brisk, with sneaky length and a lingering black raspberry quality.
